Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Marcus Anatpong (ranked 5091 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kustarbek Ashimov (ranked 3713 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Marcus Anatpong has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Marcus Anatpong seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kustarbek Ashimov!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Alyssa Summers and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anatpong looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Ashimov closes the distance and clinches.
Anatpong tries to pull guard but Ashimov holds him up against the cage and eventually Anatpong drops back down to his feet.
Ashimov gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Ashimov works his way into full mount!
Ashimov punishing his opponent with strikes.
Ashimov avoids the attempt from Anatpong to control.
Ashimov tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Anatpong wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.
Anatpong is trying to roll into a better position but Ashimov has get a rear naked choke and Anatpong is forced to tap out! This one is allllll over!
