Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Julius Reed! The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Edson Gomes and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Madness leaves Reed with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. A punch combination from Madness misses. A combination from Madness does no damage. We've been told by Madness's head coaches at Five Round Fight Club NY (50 max) that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Madness misses with a series of wild punches.
Madness lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Madness looks to score with a jab to the body but Reed is just out of range. Reed changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
