Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dale Power (ranked 4781 p4p, 0 weight class) and Drew Mannie (ranked 5249 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dale Power! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Drew Mannie! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice jab there from Mannie. Power tries to move into range but Mannie moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Mannie cracks Power with a right hand to the side of the head.
It looks like Dale Power has been cut. Power takes a swing at Mannie's ribcage but misses. Mannie throws a right and a left that both miss. Power tries to clinch there but Mannie circles away.
Power fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Power throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A big left from Power misses. Power tries for a takedown but Mannie circles away easily and Mannie counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Mannie lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Power shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Mannie defends it nicely. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dale Power. That's going to take a lot out of him. Mannie throws a right and a left that both miss. Power was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Mannie works Power's body with a nice hook.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mannie scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Dale Power seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Power tries to clinch but Mannie is having none of it. Mannie throws a good cross that connects.
Power ducks right into an uppercut from Mannie. Mannie uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Power.
Power takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Power doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Mannie tries to bum rush Power with a series of wild strikes but Power uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Mannie throws a right and a left that Power avoids nicely. Power looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Mannie avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Power shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Mannie as he jumps to the side. Power misses the shot to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mannie cracks Power with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Power falls to his knees and Mannie doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Drew Mannie!
