Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Floki Agard! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Quanah Parker! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Paul Tew and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Parker closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Agard quickly recovers to half guard. Parker trying to control from half guard but Agard is working away. Parker looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Parker is still trying to improve position. Agard moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Parker prevents Agard from getting back to his feet. Parker sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Agard's guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Parker wants to free his trapped foot but Agard is holding on for dear life with his legs. Parker is looking for a kimura but Agard is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Parker to get the leverage. Agard is defending against the submission attempts here by Parker.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Parker is looking to pass Agard's guard but actually Agard recovers to full guard. Parker wants to control from the top but Agard keeps moving. Parker won't allow Agard to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Parker is looking to advance position but Agard has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! Agard tries to control but Parker wriggling away. Parker keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

A close round but Quanah Parker will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Agard tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Parker paws at him with a jab and circles away. Parker drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Agard defends it well. Agard closes the distance and lands a one-two. Agard defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Parker. Parker gets caught napping as Agard dives in and scores a takedown. Parker manages to retain guard. Parker has his foot on Agard's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Agard works his way back into a safe position though. Floki Agard overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Parker bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Parker postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Agard is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Parker, into his guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Parker slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Parker is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Agard defends well. Agard is thwarting Parker's attempts to control the position. Parker is breathing heavily. Parker is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Agard pulls his head out easily. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Parker looking to force a kimura from the bottom here. He's concentrating on that move too much though and Agard pushes past his half guard into mount! Agard is standing up, even though he is in mount. Agard throws a low kick but Parker avoids it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Floki Agard dominated that second round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!
Agard fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Parker, pushing him back against the cage. Parker drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Agard gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Agard turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Parker seems a little lost for a moment, as Agard dominates the positioning. Parker is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Agard passes the guard and advances to mount! Agard prevents Parker from getting the reversal. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Agard trying to control but Parker is having none of it. Parker is wriggling around trying to escape.

Agard tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Parker takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Agard wants to control the pace but Parker is squirming around nicely. Agard takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Agard wants to get back to his feet but Parker is holding on tight.
Agard is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Parker can do to turn this around? Agard stands up from mount. Strange move. A momentary lapse in concentration from Agard enables Parker to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Agard manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Parker looking to sit in guard and control but Agard gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Parker is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Agard slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Parker working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Agard doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Agard manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Parker is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Parker looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Agard passes into side control.
Parker manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Parker wants to improve his position but Agard is controlling well.
And that's the end of the fight! Floki Agard showed his dominance in that final round. Well Agard has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
