Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joey Bam Bam (ranked 3156 p4p, 23382 weight class) and Michael Durham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bam Bam's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Sleep Now In The Fire. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Joey Bam Bam! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Michael Durham! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bam Bam ducks under a wild hook from Durham. Bam Bam appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Bam Bam throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Durham stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Durham misses with a double jab
and Bam Bam counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Bam Bam on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Bam Bam slips a jab from Durham. Bam Bam takes a swing at Durham's ribcage but misses. Durham looks to land a right hand but Bam Bam moved out of range. The fighters circling - Bam Bam throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Durham gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Durham dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Durham connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Bam Bam momentarily.
Bam Bam feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Durham's calf. A low kick from Durham misses and Bam Bam counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Bam Bam. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Durham misses with a knee to the head. Durham tries a knee to the head but Bam Bam blocks it.
Durham is trying to break free. Durham has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Bam Bam scores with a shot to the side of Durham's head. Bam Bam lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Durham backwards. Durham wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Durham wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Bam Bam lands on the inside with an uppercut.
That's one minute gone in the round. Durham working hard to break the clinch. Bam Bam lands with a left to the head. Bam Bam lands a shoulder strike. We've been hearing reports that Bam Bam has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Bam Bam lands a left hand that snaps the head of Durham backwards. Bam Bam lands a takedown into guard.
Bam Bam is stalling in the full guard. Bam Bam arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Durham's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Joey Bam Bam! A very excited looking Joey Bam Bam made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction. Michael Durham spoke after the fight, saying 'I will come back better and stronger.
