Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Forky Fork! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Bjj Catch Wrestler! The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Jorge Garcia and Eddie Farnsworth.

Catch Wrestler moves in looking to clinch but Fork pushes him off. Fork was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Fork connects with a nice looking jab.

Fork moves out of range as Catch Wrestler strikes. Good standup being displayed there by Fork as he connects with a hook. Fork lands the left hand. Fork slaps away a takedown attempt from Catch Wrestler, before circling back to the center of the mat. Fork keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Forky Fork has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bjj Catch Wrestler. Fork throws a big shot that misses. Catch Wrestler doesn't manage to clinch there - Fork circles away.

He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Catch Wrestler moves forwards but Fork connects with a nice, crisp jab. Fork swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Catch Wrestler tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Catch Wrestler darts in looking for a takedown but Fork gets double underhooks and turns Catch Wrestler into the cage. A counter left hand to the body from Fork misses its target. Catch Wrestler closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Fork quickly recovers to half guard. Fork is holding on to half guard well. Fork wants to control but Catch Wrestler is keeping busy and won't allow it. Catch Wrestler sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Fork defending well though. Catch Wrestler is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Fork is just riding it out for now. Catch Wrestler eventually gives up the hold.

You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Catch Wrestler is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Fork has managed to free his arm - good work. Fork is holding on to half guard well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Catch Wrestler is looking for a kimura here.

That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Fork trying to control from the bottom.
Fork is concentrating on defense, preventing Catch Wrestler from advancing position. Fork might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Fork looking for submissions off his back. Catch Wrestler is trying to control. Fork wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Fork moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Fork working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Catch Wrestler. Catch Wrestler drops back looking for a leg! Fork is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Fork manages to kick Catch Wrestler off! Catch Wrestler jumps back into Fork's guard. Fork keeping moving, preventing Catch Wrestler from controlling successfully. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

My spies in Shut Up & Train! {$1000} inform me that Catch Wrestler has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends! Catch Wrestler wants to control but Fork is keeping him busy. Fork is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Catch Wrestler can do to turn this around? Fork is trying to maintain the position but Catch Wrestler is very close to passing his half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Catch Wrestler uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Fork. Fork leaves Catch Wrestler with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Catch Wrestler is trying to get an arm triangle but Fork is defending well. Fork swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. The fighters circling - Fork throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Catch Wrestler takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Fork looking to score a takedown here. Catch Wrestler tries to clinch but Fork moves out of range. Catch Wrestler staying out of range there. Catch Wrestler with the counter takedown but Fork avoids it easily. Catch Wrestler steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Fork. Catch Wrestler blocks a jab. Fork swings for the body but Catch Wrestler moves out of range.
