Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Justin Purcell (ranked 2132 p4p, 3634 weight class) and Pann Khumpai (ranked 232 p4p, 373 weight class). Pann Khumpai will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Pann Khumpai!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Alan Glass and Tiny Johnson.

We've been hearing good reports from Purcell's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Purcell really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Pann Khumpai comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Khumpai has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
