Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lars Kraulthammer (ranked 1972 p4p, 1177 weight class) and Frank Lucas (ranked 263 p4p, 172 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Lars Kraulthammer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Frank Lucas! The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Vladimir Khabensky and Aleksei Zolotukhin.

Kraulthammer trying to control the position from guard on top but Lucas is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Kraulthammer lands a couple of digs. Kraulthammer pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Lucas is keeping the position for now. Kraulthammer stops Lucas from standing up. Lucas has his foot on Kraulthammer's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Kraulthammer works his way back into a safe position though. Kraulthammer prevents Lucas from getting back to his feet. Lucas really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kraulthammer. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Kraulthammer throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Lucas works some decent striking defense from the bottom. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Lucas can do anything to dispel that myth. Kraulthammer throwing strikes but missing. Kraulthammer trying to control the position from guard on top but Lucas is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lucas looking for a sweep. Not yet Lucas, not yet. Kraulthammer prevents Lucas from getting back to his feet. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kraulthammer is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Kraulthammer is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Lucas tries to land a sweep but no joy. Kraulthammer makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Lucas keeping moving, preventing Kraulthammer from controlling successfully. Lucas trying to control the position here. Lucas has momentary wrist control but Kraulthammer slips an elbow through the middle. Lucas is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Lucas tries to land a sweep but no joy. Kraulthammer cracks Lucas with a solid left hand. Kraulthammer avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kraulthammer throwing strikes but missing. Kraulthammer loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Kraulthammer has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Kraulthammer postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Lucas will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Kraulthammer throws a big right hand that misses. Lucas throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Kraulthammer trying to control the position from guard on top but Lucas is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Lucas is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Kraulthammer is in close to Lucas's body, working some short punches and elbows.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lucas lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Lucas postures up.
Lucas is looking to advance position but Kraulthammer has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! Lucas is in all sorts of trouble here.
Lucas is bucking up trying to escape but Kraulthammer cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Kraulthammer is in the full mount, landing strikes. Kraulthammer looking to secure an arm triangle but Lucas defends it well. Lucas is desperately trying to improve his position but Kraulthammer has a good base and remains in mount. Lucas tries to lock up and control but Kraulthammer gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Lucas can't escape the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lucas wants to control but Kraulthammer is having none of it. Kraulthammer with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Lucas has left one of his arms exposed and Kraulthammer doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Lucas screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
