Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rayleigh Dragon (ranked 1221 p4p, 1805 weight class) and Antonio De Toro (ranked 154 p4p, 226 weight class). De Toro is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by KHALED - FINITO. Antonio De Toro will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Antonio De Toro!

De Toro slips under a jab.
Dragon definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Dragon rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Dragon takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

De Toro clinches with his opponent.
Dragon tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
De Toro lands with a right to the head.
De Toro working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Dragon tries a body shot but De Toro blocks it.
Dragon tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

De Toro lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Dragon tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. De Toro just stands there and leans against the cage.
De Toro has Dragon pushed against the cage.
Dragon is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables De Toro to keep the fight standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rayleigh Dragon. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Dragon jumps guard but De Toro turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
De Toro lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Dragon backwards.
Dragon tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. De Toro smiles and moves away.
Dragon doesn't manage to clinch there - De Toro circles away.
Dragon closes the distance but De Toro moves to the side
and De Toro counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Dragon uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from De Toro.

Dragon moves in looking to clinch but De Toro pushes him off.
De Toro throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Dragon sees it coming and avoids it easily.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

De Toro swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Dragon throws an uppercut from half a mile away. De Toro sees it coming and avoids it easily.

De Toro lands a right hook to the body.

Dragon looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
De Toro thows a left - swing and a miss!
Dragon tries to clinch but De Toro moves out of range.
De Toro punishes Dragon's body with a nice straight punch.

Dragon looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? De Toro is fending him off so far but Dragon persists. Nope, De Toro circles away and we're back to standing.
Dragon connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

De Toro cracks Dragon with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. De Toro has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Dragon to stand back up!

Dragon is rocked!
Dragon tries to clinch up but De Toro circles away and keeps his distance.
Oh Dragon is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
De Toro walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Dragon drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! De Toro swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Dragon's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Antonio De Toro!
Antonio De Toro is the new lightweight champion!
An out of breath and clearly excited Antonio De Toro thanked Conviction for their help and support (and free stuff they sent him).
