Machin throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Goncalves was covering up waiting for the punch and Machin finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Goncalves seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.
Machin is pushing down on Goncalves's leg trying to pass to half guard. Goncalves is fighting to maintain full guard but Machin has managed to sneak the leg through.
Machin seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Goncalves is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!

Miguel Machin decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
