Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 27 - 17 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, David Cain!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 9 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mohammed Fazik!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Fedor Mirinova and Igor Prikhodko.

Fazik has his takedown stuffed
and Cain connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
It looks like Mohammed Fazik has been cut.
Fazik shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Cain counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Cain has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The Factory in the buildup to the fight.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Fazik.
David Cain has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mohammed Fazik.
Cain fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Fazik looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Cain lands with a shot to the body.
Cain thuds a left hand into Fazik's body.
Fazik doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Cain counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Fazik thinking.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Cain sends Fazik crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Cain is motioning to the referee to let Fazik up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Cain throws a pinpoint strike between Fazik's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Fazik crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Cain scores a great knockout victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). David Cain!
