Coming up we have a welterweight kickboxing rules bout between Paavo Potku (ranked 19376 p4p, 4499 weight class) and Jed Knight (ranked 728 p4p, 556 weight class). Knight comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Linkin Park - In The End (NPT Remix) kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Jed Knight has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Paavo Potku!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 28 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jed Knight!
The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Vladimir Khabensky and Aleksei Zolotukhin.

Potku shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Knight eats them both and turns towards Potku to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Knight cracks Potku with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Potku slips a jab from Knight.
Potku has been working on his boxing with his coaches at UnderGround Training Facility in the buildup to the fight.
Potku moves out of range as Knight strikes.
Knight on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Potku throws a leg kick but Knight sees it coming and moves out of range.
It seemed like Knight was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Potku tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Knight is able to avoid easily.
Knight is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Potku with a body shot.
Knight connects with a right hand. Potku shakes it off.
Potku looks to land a combination but Knight avoids it well.
Potku fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Knight has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
A nice inside leg kick there by Potku. That's going to slow Knight down.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
No joy there for Potku, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Knight looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Potku gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Potku swinging wildly here.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Knight! But no joy.
A right-left combo lands from Potku.
Paavo Potku seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Knight misses with a hook.
Knight looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Knight throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Potku throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
It seemed like Knight was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Potku throws a combination that misses
and Knight counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Knight scores with a nice strike.
Potku moves away from the strike by Knight.
Knight scores with a crisp jab that stopped Potku in his tracks.
Potku is rocked!
Knight checks a leg kick nicely.
Oh Potku is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Knight moves into the clinch.
Knight lands with a light punch inside.
Knight prevents Potku from breaking the clinch.
Knight breaks the clinch momentarily and cracks Potku with a big right hook that drops him to the canvas! Potku looks like he might be in big trouble here! The referee has started the count straight away and we're up to 5 already. Potku get to one knee - can he make it back to his feet? No, he's flopped back to the mat - he's out - this one is all over!
