Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dominic Gotti (ranked 596 p4p, 811 weight class) and Christophe Dupree (ranked 77 p4p, 100 weight class). Gotti comes to the cage accompanied by King Of Kings. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 23 - 11 - 0, fighting out of London, Dominic Gotti ! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 23 - 22 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Christophe Dupree! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Percy O'Donnell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dupree swings widly with a right hand
and Gotti connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Nice defenses there by Gotti . Gotti steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Dupree. That one must have hurt. Dupree misses with a straight right. Gotti doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Donk. Gotti catches Dupree right on the button with a cross. A swing and a miss from Dupree. Gotti is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Dupree ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Gotti moves away. Dupree throws a head kick but Gotti moves out of range.
Gotti tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Gotti takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Gotti blocks a head kick by Dupree.
As Dupree looks to move away, Gotti throws a big counter combo but Dupree just gets out of the way. Dupree connects with a good right hand that stumbles Gotti . Gotti circles away out of range and recomposes himself. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Gotti throws a jab but it's blocked by Dupree. Dupree avoids the head kick by Gotti .
Christophe Dupree seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dupree throws a head kick that misses and Gotti counters with a nice body shot. Gotti has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Dupree fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Gotti looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dupree drops Gotti with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Gotti looks back up at him and smiles so Dupree waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
It looks like Dominic Gotti has been cut. A head kick by Dupree - that's a beauty! Gotti is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Dupree can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Christophe Dupree! Christophe Dupree spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
