Islandish drops back, looking for a kneebar! Pimba looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Pimba looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Pimba!

Pimba is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Islandish.

Javier Pimba seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Islandish has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Islandish there as he acknowledges the shot.

Islandish tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Pimba manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Horrible takedown attempt by Islandish or perhaps it was just good defense by Pimba, which made it look bad.
Pimba connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Islandish tumbling to the canvas! Pimba pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Islandish was done - good stoppage!
