Lake takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

It looks like Cody Lake has been cut.

Mulligan lands a left and a right that send Lake crashing to the mat, dazed. Mulligan thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
A combination from Mulligan does no damage.

Mulligan drops Lake with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Lake looks back up at him and smiles so Mulligan waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Lake is rocked!

Mulligan is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Lake's half guard.
Lake is still in real trouble! Can Mulligan finish him?
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Mulligan escapes and gets back to his feet.
No luck for Lake with that takedown attempt.
Lake throws a sloppy head kick and Mulligan moves out of range easily.
Mulligan connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Lake covering up! Mulligan comes in with a big uppercut and Lake goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.
