And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Thomas McManus!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Wesley Smith and Cecil Peabody.

McManus looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Gerges wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
McManus takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Gerges doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Gerges avoids a punch combination nicely.
McManus tests Gerges's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Gerges tries to close the distance and clinch but McManus swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
McManus looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

McManus tries to work over Gerges's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Gerges is trying to work for a single leg takedown but McManus pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Gerges throws a punch but it's blocked by McManus.
Gerges lands a left hand that snaps the head of McManus backwards.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, McManus creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
McManus lands a shoulder strike.
McManus prevents a takedown attempt there.
Gerges wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Gerges blocks an uppercut.
McManus goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Gerges wants a takedown.

McManus lands a right hand.
McManus lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Gerges backwards.

McManus takes a swing at Gerges's ribcage but misses.
McManus rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Gerges moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
McManus scores with a nice strike.

McManus throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

McManus sends Gerges crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! McManus is motioning to the referee to let Gerges up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Gerges is rocked!
McManus fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Gerges manages to avoid it.
A counter left hand to the body from Gerges misses its target.
Oh Gerges is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
McManus throws an overhand right that drops Gerges like a sack of potatoes! McManus dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
