It looks like Baby Boy has been cut.
Horrible takedown attempt by Boy or perhaps it was just good defense by Martinez, which made it look bad.

Martinez closes the distance looking for a takedown. Boy stuffs it but Martinez still has hold of him. Martinez picks Boy up in a fireman's lift! The crowd roars in approval. Martinez slams Boy to the floor and that's really hurt Boy - he doesn't know where he is! Martinez throws a couple of strikes and the referee steps in to save him! This one is in the books!

Baby Boy was interviewed post fight and said 'Hello guys I hope you enjoy the fight even tho I didn't win the fight but still I'm happy to give my all in this performance and I promise every fight I'll jump into I'll be prepared win or lose just to give you all the best show .
