Bely misses with a wild body shot.
Takeda gets the takedown into side control.
Takeda happy to just control the position for now.
Bely is working to avoid the ground and pound but Takeda connects with a decent elbow.
Takeda is putting a hurting on Bely here, landing some big shots from side control.
We've been hearing that Takeda has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

Bely seems a little lost for a moment, as Takeda dominates the positioning.

Takeda is staying tight to Bely's torso, preventing him from escaping.
Takeda has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Takeda tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Takeda has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Takeda has hold of Bely's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Bely tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Takeda cranks the arm and Bely screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Bely, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
