Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jack Lynn (ranked 548 p4p, 340 weight class) and Cayden Cadman (ranked 64 p4p, 39 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jack Lynn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 10 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Cayden Cadman !
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Richard Clark and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cadman just misses with a punch to the body.
Cadman is looking to clinch but Lynn is avoiding it.

Cadman gets caught flat footed, as Lynn shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Lynn wants to control from the top but Cadman keeps moving.
Lynn throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Cadman works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Cadman looking to hit a scissor sweep but Lynn is one step ahead there.
Lynn postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Cadman throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Lynn.

Lynn dives in and scores a takedown into Cadman 's guard.
Lynn has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Cadman is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Cadman told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Lynn looking to hit a scissor sweep but Cadman is one step ahead there.

Cayden Cadman dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Lynn fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Cadman throws a quick inside leg kick.
Lynn gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Cadman misses the shot to the body.
Lynn shoots in for a takedown but Cadman shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Lynn lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

It looks like Cayden Cadman has been cut.
Lynn tries to bum rush Cadman with a series of wild strikes but Cadman uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

and Cadman counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Cadman connects with a jab.
Cadman scores with a jab. Lynn acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Cadman rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lynn moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Cadman cracks Lynn with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Lynn keeps the fight on the outside.
Cadman misses with an uppercut.
Lynn swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Cayden Cadman is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

A low kick lands for Lynn.

Lynn gets the takedown into side control.
Cadman tries to buck Lynn off but Lynn is having none of it.
Jack Lynn overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Lynn wants to control for a moment but Cadman uses the opportunity to move back to half guard.

Lynn seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Lynn seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.

Cadman gets to his feet - Lynn follows without any prompting.

and Lynn takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Cadman 's corner calls for a 1-2. Cadman obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Cadman takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Cadman chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Lynn can pounce on him.

Lynn changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Cadman looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Check out the look on Lynn's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Lynn creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Cadman sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Lynn scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Cadman to see if he's OK.

Cadman is rocked!
Lynn scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Cadman is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Lynn can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jack Lynn!
A relieved looking Jack Lynn thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
