Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aleks Kuznetsov (ranked 2014 p4p, 1635 weight class) and Bjorn Akerfeldt (ranked 262 p4p, 215 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Aleks Kuznetsov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bjorn Akerfeldt! The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Summer Carpenter and Damien Edna.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kuznetsov is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Akerfeldt. Akerfeldt wants to clinch up but Kuznetsov keeps it at a distance. Kuznetsov just misses with a punch to the body.
Kuznetsov's corner calls for a 1-2. Kuznetsov obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
 It looks like Bjorn Akerfeldt has been cut. Akerfeldt swings and misses with a shot to the body and Akerfeldt takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Akerfeldt has closed the distance and engaged Kuznetsov in a clinch.
Akerfeldt tries to pull guard but Kuznetsov forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Akerfeldt jumps guard and drags Kuznetsov to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Akerfeldt has his foot on Kuznetsov's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Kuznetsov works his way back into a safe position though. Kuznetsov controls from within his opponent's guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Akerfeldt looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Akerfeldt pushes a forearm under Kuznetsov's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Kuznetsov is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
