Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Soap Aandn (ranked 4438 p4p, 4472 weight class) and Max Hadley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Marco Blurström and Tarja Halkonen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hadley closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Hadley makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Hadley pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Good exchange - Hadley coming out on top.
Hadley shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Aandn as he jumps to the side.
Aandn throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hadley's waist but Hadley gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Aandn off to one side.
Aandn takes one to the chin there.
Hadley throws a right and a left that both miss.

Aandn tries to keep at a distance but Hadley has taken the fight into the clinch.
Aandn drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.

Aandn breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Aandn takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

Hadley shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Hadley was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Aandn really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Aandn tries to bench press Hadley off him but Hadley keeps the position.

Hadley stands up.

Hadley closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Aandn wants to control but Hadley postures up.
Aandn takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.

Hadley decides to stand back up.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Hadley has Aandn up against the cage in a clinch.

Hadley escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Aandn.
Hadley tries to buck Aandn off but Aandn is having none of it.

Aandn wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hadley keeps working.

Aandn decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Hadley dives in and grabs Aandn's left leg, looking for a takedown. Aandn pushes down on Hadley's head and hops out.
Aandn shoots in for a takedown but Hadley shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Soap Aandn. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Aandn is breathing heavily.
Hadley jabs Aandn right on the nose. Aandn blinks but takes it well.

Hadley manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Aandn on his heels. He'll look to pass Aandn's guard now, I'm sure.
Hadley slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Hadley stays in close to Aandn's body and controls the position.
Aandn is looking to stand up but Hadley isn't so interested in that idea.

Hadley decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Aandn, up you get!

Aandn changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hadley looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Hadley bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Aandn tries a head kick but it misses.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Max Hadley dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Hadley works the jab nicely.

Hadley shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Aandn is trying to defend but Hadley finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Aandn pushes Hadley off and gets back to his feet.
Hadley tries to bum rush Aandn with a series of wild strikes but Aandn uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Hadley defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Aandn.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hadley closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Hadley throws a right hand that Aandn ducks under and follows up with a left that Aandn also avoids with ease.

Aandn closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Hadley's guard.

Hadley has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Aandn has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
Oh Aandn is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Hadley lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Aandn seems to have got his legs back now.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Hadley thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Aandn's head.
Aandn lands one or two decent shots to the body here. Although from his own half guard, he's not going to be causing too much damage.

Hadley shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Hadley was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Aandn tries to buck Hadley off but Hadley is having none of it.

Max Hadley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Hadley counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Hadley will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Aandn wants to clinch
and Hadley counters with a three punch combo that has Aandn backing up. Aandn nods at Hadley to acknowledge the strikes.
Aandn moves to clinch but Hadley breaks away
and Aandn takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Aandn tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hadley swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Hadley connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Max Hadley showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Aandn's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. And we move into the final round!

Hadley throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Aandns head.
Hadley jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Aandn walks away with a smile on his face. Hadley gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Hadley is pressed up against the cage. Aandn has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Hadley down to the mat. Hadley avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Aandn enables Hadley to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Aandn manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Soap Aandn is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Aandn misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Hadley.

Hadley rushes Aandn and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Aandn decides to pull guard.

Hadley drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Hadley jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Max Hadley comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Hadley has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
