Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Alex Peter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Marcus Hunt!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Nard Betker and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peter misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Peter shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Hunt counters with a flying knee that sends his opponent to the canvas! Hunt looking to finish!
Peter really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Peter working for a triangle but Hunt defends it easily.
Peter might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Hunt trying to stand up but can't free himself from Peter's guard.
Peter seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Peter looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Hunt has picked Peter up and slammed him! Peter can't keep hold of the triangle and Hunt manages to pass to side control!
Hunt has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Peter shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Hunt counters with a series of strikes that sends Peter to the canvas! Hunt follows down into guard, looking to finish the fight!
Peter is rocked!
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Alex Peter. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Hunt wants to stand but Peter is controlling his posture from full guard.
Peter is looking for a triangle but Hunt pushes his legs off easily.
Peter is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Hunt is aware though and is defending well.
Hunt has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Peter to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Hunt is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Peter pulls down on the head and he's put Hunt to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Alex Peter!
