The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fists lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Johnson looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Johnson avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Fists fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Johnson is out of range.
A clash of legs there as Johnson blocks the low kick.
Johnson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Fists's waist but Fists gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Johnson off to one side.
Fists fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Johnson, pushing him back against the cage.
Johnson wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Johnson could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Johnson successfully pulls guard.

Fists wanted to stand there but Johnson had control of the position.
Johnson is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Fists trying to control the position from guard on top but Johnson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Johnson is looking for a triangle but Fists pushes his legs off easily.
Fists trying to control but Johnson is working from the bottom.

Johnson manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Fists manages to get himself to full guard.
Johnson thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Fists is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Johnson wants to pass the guard but Fists is keeping the position.
Johnson trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Fists manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!
Fists really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Johnson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Fists's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Fists wants to control from the top but Johnson keeps moving.
Johnson looking to hit a scissor sweep but Fists is one step ahead there.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Fists moves in looking to clinch but Johnson pushes him off.
Fists tries to keep at a distance but Johnson has taken the fight into the clinch.

Johnson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

and Johnson counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.

Johnson works his foot free and advances to mount.
Johnson is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Fists is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Fists flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Johnson anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Fists and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Johnson slips an arm under Fists chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Johnson has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Johnson is squeezing on Fists like an anaconda would it's prey. Fists fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
