Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Miguel Cotto (ranked 1837 p4p, 2122 weight class) and Johan Joestar (ranked 68 p4p, 82 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Joestar's choice of entrance music: Coda - Bloody Stream. Miguel Cotto has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 43 - 27 - 2, fighting out of Amsterdam, Miguel Cotto! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Johan Joestar! The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Jorge Garcia and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cotto connects with a solid leg kick. Joestar misses with a left hand and Cotto makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Johan Joestar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Joestar throws a big shot that misses. Joestar misses with a kick to the body and Cotto counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Joestar looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. A nice leg kick from Cotto, right into the meat of the thigh.
Joestar misses with a hook. Cotto ducked under it nicely. Cotto dips to his left and cracks Joestar with an uppercut!
It looks like Johan Joestar has been cut. Joestar moves away from the strike by Cotto. Joestar takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Cotto bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Joestar showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Cotto.
A little jabbing left from Joestar on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Joestar looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Cotto misses with an uppercut. Cotto punishes Joestar's body with a nice straight punch. Cotto tries a head kick but it misses.
Cotto displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Joestar throws out the jab.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cotto turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Joestar is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Cotto. Joestar jabbing away but nothing is landing. Joestar throws a hook to the side of Cotto's head but Cotto sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Cotto wants to land a leg kick but Joestar is out of range. Joestar throws a right hand that misses
and Cotto counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. A jab from Joestar misses. Joestar gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Cotto. Joestar misses with a right hand and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Cotto misses with a looping right. Joestar might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Joestar steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Cotto. Joestar looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. A telegraphed right hand from Joestar misses the target. Joestar throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Cotto counters with a one-two to the body. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Joestar lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cotto tries to bum rush Joestar with a series of wild strikes but Joestar uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Cotto lands a front kick. Joestar moves out of range of the strikes. A head kick by Joestar misses and Cotto counters with a thumping low kick. Cotto on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Cotto scores with a head kick. Joestar tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Joestar tries a head kick but it misses.
The fighters circle, before Cotto throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Joestar's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Cotto lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
