Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Alun Williams (ranked 2510 p4p, 3879 weight class) and Surianglek Sitsongrit (ranked 275 p4p, 395 weight class). Surianglek Sitsongrit will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Surianglek Sitsongrit!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Trevor Gratis and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sitsongrit scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Williams doesn't seem bothered though.
Sitsongrit gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Williams is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Sitsongrit is defending well.
Sitsongrit gets through Williams's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Williams is looking to take this one to the mat.
Williams turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Williams has control of an arm but Sitsongrit manages to advance to Williams's back!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Sitsongrit is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Williams reverses the position - he's now on top in Sitsongrit's guard.
Williams is fighting to break Sitsongrit's control of his arms but Sitsongrit is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Sitsongrit has his feet on Williams's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Williams takes one on the button.
Sitsongrit lands a nice leg kick that just misses Williams's sensitive parts.
Sitsongrit connects with a looping right hand.
Surianglek Sitsongrit seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Williams gets tackled into the cage by Sitsongrit. Sitsongrit maintains the clinch.
Williams drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Sitsongrit digs a right hand underneath Williams's ribcage. Williams let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Sitsongrit makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Oh Williams is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sitsongrit dips a shoulder and cracks Williams with a mighty uppercut! Williams falls back against the cage and Sitsongrit unloads with a barrage of strikes! Williams is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Sitsongrit screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Surianglek Sitsongrit!
Surianglek Sitsongrit decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
