Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between John Rackham (ranked 4520 p4p, 4642 weight class) and Bully Hayes (ranked 543 p4p, 551 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, John Rackham! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bully Hayes! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Alan Glass and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hayes has a takedown stuffed. Rackham swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Hayes avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Hayes feints the counter takedown. Rackham shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Hayes manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Hayes wants to sweep here but Rackham controlling him for the moment. Rackham trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Hayes controls Rackham momentarily but Rackham frees himself. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rackham is pushing down on Hayes's leg trying to pass to half guard. Hayes is fighting to maintain full guard but Rackham has managed to sneak the leg through. Rackham prevents Hayes from standing back up.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Hayes can do anything to dispel that myth. Hayes is trying to control but Rackham passes into side control!
That's one minute gone in the round. Hayes stops Rackham from passing to mount. Hayes should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Hayes wants to control but Rackham postures up. Hayes tries to buck Rackham off but Rackham is having none of it. Rackham wants to control but Hayes is keeping him busy. The referee asks Rackham politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Rackham prefers to stall for the moment though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Hayes is looking for a sweep. Hayes is trying to control Rackham's posture but Rackham avoids it. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Hayes tries to bench press Rackham off him but Rackham keeps the position. Hayes can't do much from the bottom here.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Hayes shoots in for a takedown but Rackham shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Hayes keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Rackham throws a head kick but Hayes moves out of range.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Rackham shoots in for a takedown but Hayes shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Hayes shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Rackham as he avoids it easily. John Rackham has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bully Hayes. Rackham looks to land a left hand but Hayes moved out of range nicely. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
John Rackham dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Hayes misses with a hook to the body
and Rackham counters with a takedown into side control. Hayes struggling a bit here. Hayes is trying to get back to half guard. Hayes is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Rackham working away. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rackham wants to control but Hayes is keeping him busy. Hayes is trying to escape the position but Rackham is controlling the position. Hayes tries to bench press Rackham off him but Rackham keeps the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rackham has control of an arm but Hayes manages to advance to Rackham's back! Despite being in a bad position, Rackham is controlling the hands, preventing any submission attempts. Hayes is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Rackham is defending well though. Hayes let's go of the attempt for now. Rackham manages to scramble and ends up in full guard, under a barage of strikes . Great composure from Rackham. Rackham wants to sweep but no luck. Hayes wanted to stand there but Rackham had control of the position. Hayes wants to control from the top but Rackham keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hayes won't allow Rackham to sweep him here. Hayes throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Rackham works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Rackham is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Hayes can do to turn this around? Rackham seems keen to control Hayes's posture. Hayes trying to control the position from guard on top but Rackham is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Hayes trying to stand up but can't free himself from Rackham's guard.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Bully Hayes will probably get the nod - 10:9. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round! Rackham looks to land a right hand but Hayes moved out of range. Rackham leaves Hayes with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Rackham tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Hayes paws at him with a jab and circles away. Rackham drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hayes manages to get back to half guard. Rackham is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Hayes has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Rackham is working away from the top position though. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hayes pushes Rackham off looking to stand but Rackham dives back in and keeps control.

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Rackham slows the pace down in half guard. Hayes wants to get back to full guard but Rackham has mounted him!
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Rackham avoids the attempt from Hayes to control. Hayes tries to get back to half guard but can't. Hayes has worked his way to half guard, taking advantage of Rackham's lack of action.
Hayes looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Rackham perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Hayes is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Rackham scores with a couple of nice shots. Rackham is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Hayes doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Rackham. Bully Hayes has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! John Rackham is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Hayes missing with punches from the bottom.
And that's the end of the fight! John Rackham showed his dominance in that final round. Well Rackham has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
