Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between John Bitnis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anderson Silveria (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, John Bitnis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Anderson Silveria! The judges for this bout are , and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bitnis shoots in and bounces Silveria off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Silveria striking off his back but it's not causing Bitnis any problems. Bitnis postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Bitnis thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Silveria looking to hit a scissor sweep but Bitnis is one step ahead there. Silveria is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Silveria not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Silveria looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Bitnis trying to control the position from guard on top but Silveria is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Bitnis changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Silveria tries to avoid it but Bitnis manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Silveria to the ground. Silveria escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Bitnis misses with a straight right. Silveria connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Silveria fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Bitnis sprawls well initially but Silveria persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Bitnis is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bitnis is pressing down on Silveria's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Silveria landing with the ground and pound. Silveria missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Bitnis preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Silveria controls from within his opponent's guard. Bitnis has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Silveria should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Bitnis has tightened it up now! Silveria should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
