McCarthy's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Walk With Me In Hell. The crowd seem to be enjoying Blade's choice of entrance music: For Whom the Bell Tolls. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCarthy throws a sloppy head kick and Blade moves out of range easily.
Blade waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract McCarthy.
Blade wants to land a leg kick but McCarthy is out of range.
Blade throws a leg kick but McCarthy checks it.
Blade tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and McCarthy is able to avoid easily.
McCarthy connects with a solid leg kick.

Blade fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but McCarthy is out of range.
Blade is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
McCarthy takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
McCarthy throws a right hand that Blade ducks under and follows up with a left that Blade also avoids with ease.
Blade takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Cormac McCarthy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

McCarthy scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Blade cracks McCarthy with a right hand to the side of the head.
Blade throws a head kick but McCarthy moves out of range.
McCarthy looks to land a combination. Blade sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Blade misses with a leg kick.
