Coming up we have a lightweight kickboxing rules bout between Rob Roy (ranked 22513 p4p, 3374 weight class) and Wong Li (ranked 615 p4p, 350 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rob Roy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Wong Li!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Aafke Stam and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Li is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Li is looking to clinch.
Roy lands a nice shot to the body.
Li tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Li moves in looking to clinch but Roy pushes him off.
Li doesn't manage to clinch there - Roy circles away.
A little feinted left hand from Roy on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Roy lands with a cross.
It looks like Wong Li has been cut.
Roy avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Roy misses with an uppercut. Li saw that one coming.
Nice cross by Roy.
Roy keeps the fight on the outside.
Roy went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Li tries to grapple but his opponent circles
letting Roy counter with a right hand.
A telegraphed right hand from Roy misses the target.
Li tries to close the distance and clinch but Roy swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Roy connects with a solid leg kick.
Roy swats away the attempt to clinch by Li.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Li tries to close the distance and clinch up but Roy swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Roy throws a body shot but no joy.
Wong Li seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Roy keeps the fight on the outside.
Li doesn't manage to clinch there - Roy circles away.
An inside leg kick lands from Roy.
Roy dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Li. That did some damage!
Li is looking to clinch but Roy is avoiding it.
Li takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Li closes the distance but Roy moves to the side
and Roy counters with a lead uppercut that lands right on the button! Li goes down! Will Li beat the count? 3,4,5,6,7,8... he's not going to make it! 9,10! He's out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Rob Roy!
