And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Megaton. Bamboo Face does a little dance to reset his feet.

Bamboo Face drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Megaton throws Bamboo Face to one side and escapes!
Bamboo Face gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Megaton cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

It looks like Ubungu Bamboo Face has been cut.
Bamboo Face shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Megaton swings for the body but Bamboo Face moves out of range.
Megaton throws a hook to the side of Bamboo Face's head but Bamboo Face sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Bamboo Face looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Bamboo Face connects with a body shot.
Megaton stuffs the takedown attempt from Bamboo Face. Bamboo Face gets slowly back to his feet.

Bamboo Face doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Megaton counters with an inside leg kick.
Mike Megaton has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ubungu Bamboo Face.
Megaton lands an overhand right.
Bamboo Face shoots and misses
and Megaton counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

That has opened up Ubungu Bamboo Face's cut even more.
Megaton definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Bamboo Face shoots for a double leg takedown but Megaton sprawls well. He's pushed Bamboo Face's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Bamboo Face tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Megaton counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.

Mike Megaton decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
