The judges for this bout are James Glass, Andrew Berry and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burks gets the takedown into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Michel manages to work his way to half guard, despite Burks's best efforts.
Michel is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Burks's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Burks's back!

It looks like Michel might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
