Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gene Parmesan (ranked 780 p4p, 721 weight class) and Wacco Longbardo (ranked 105 p4p, 100 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 20 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Gene Parmesan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Wacco Longbardo!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Seu Braga and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Longbardo throws a head kick that misses.
Longbardo throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Longbardo looks for the body kick but Parmesan saw that one coming.
Parmesan keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Longbardo fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Parmesan, pushing him back against the cage.
Parmesan has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Parmesan escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Jab by Parmesan.
Parmesan has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Longbardo.
A combination from Longbardo does no damage.
Parmesan darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Parmesan lands a nice short elbow.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Longbardo looking for submissions off his back.
Longbardo is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Longbardo is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Parmesan pulls his head out easily.

Parmesan is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Longbardo had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Parmesan defends it easily.

We've been hearing that Parmesan has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
