Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Shin Furuta (ranked 4945 p4p, 4376 weight class) and Ambros Taube (ranked 230 p4p, 204 weight class). Ambros Taube is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taube avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Taube tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Furuta looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Taube is fending him off so far but Furuta persists. Nope, Taube circles away and we're back to standing.
Taube cracks Furuta with a good jab.
Taube throws a nice looking combination but Furuta bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Taube closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Furuta tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Taube defends well and Furuta ends up having to push Taube into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Furuta is fighting off a takedown attempt but Taube is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Furuta to the mat. Furuta regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Taube is taking a breather. Furuta says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Well Taube has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
