Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Oliver Lancaster!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lancaster moves out of range of the strikes.
Hopkins misses the jab.
Lancaster scores with the left hand. Hopkins knows he should have avoided that one.
Lancaster cracks Hopkins with an open hand slap.
Lancaster tries to clinch
letting Hopkins counter with a right hand.
Lancaster looks to land a left hand but Hopkins moved out of range nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hopkins moves away from the strike by Lancaster.
Lancaster uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Hopkins has time to react.

and Hopkins counters with a nice uppercut.

and Hopkins counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Lancaster misses with a hook. Hopkins ducked under it nicely.
Hopkins swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
We've been told by Hopkins's head coaches at Seppes Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Hopkins on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Hopkins misses the jab.
Hopkins on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Hopkins throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Lancaster sees it coming and avoids it easily.
A punch combination from Lancaster misses.
Lancaster misses with a hook.
Hopkins swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Lancaster takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hopkins scores with a push kick.
Hopkins throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hopkins looks to land a body kick but Lancaster moved away.
Hopkins moves into range and connects with a jab.
Lancaster misses with a lunging right hand
and Hopkins counters with a crisp right hand that drops Lancaster! Hopkins lets Lancaster back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Lancaster is rocked!
Lancaster slips under a jab from Hopkins.
Lancaster might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Hopkins steps in with a hook that catches Lancaster right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Hopkins follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Lancaster looks absolutely devastated.
