The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, George Francis and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Fez as Waterson shoots in.
Fez fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Waterson, pushing him back against the cage.
Fez lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Waterson backwards.
Fez lands a left hand that snaps the head of Waterson backwards.
Fez lands a left hand that snaps the head of Waterson backwards.
Waterson goes for a takedown attempt but Fez pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Fez takes the fight into the clinch.
A short left from Fez.
Fez lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Fez lands a nice shot to the body.
Waterson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Fez sends Waterson crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Fez is motioning to the referee to let Waterson up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Waterson is rocked!

Fez closes the distance and pushes Waterson back into the cage.
Oh Waterson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Waterson is breathing heavily.
Waterson tries to break the clinch but Fez is controlling the position.
Fez fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Waterson can't find room to land a body shot as Fez controls the action.
Fez misses with a hook from the clinch.
Fez tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Waterson seems to have got his legs back now.
Waterson tries for a takedown but Fez manages to get underhooks.
