Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Brandon Fisher (ranked 5911 p4p, 5337 weight class) and Nobu Tada (ranked 690 p4p, 648 weight class). Brandon Fisher has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Brandon Fisher!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Nobu Tada!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, David Schapiro and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fisher shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Tada pinned against the cage. Tada gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Tada throws a leg kick that is checked
and Fisher counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Fisher shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Tada manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Tada is looking for a triangle but Fisher pushes his legs off easily.
Tada trying to control the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fisher with a flurry of punches that miss.
Fisher has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Fisher wants to control from the top but Tada keeps moving.
Tada is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Tada keeping moving, preventing Fisher from controlling successfully.
Tada wants to get back to his feet but Fisher is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Fisher knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Tada on the ground.
Tada is trying to control the position but Fisher postures up.
Fisher throwing strikes from guard but Tada blocks nicely.
Tada lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Tada is stalling in the full guard.
Tada has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Fisher is proving hard to escape from.
Tada wants to control from the top but Fisher keeps moving.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Tada stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Fisher swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Tada throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Nobu Tada will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Fisher changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Tada looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Tada struggling a bit here.
Tada is looking for a sweep.
Tada manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Tada trying to control from the bottom.
Fisher trying to control the pace.
Tada tries to get to full guard but Fisher has control of the leg.

Fisher wants to advance to full mount but Tada doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.
Tada trying to control the position.
Tada looking for a guillotine here but Fisher defends easily.
Tada trying to keep a closed guard but Fisher is proving a slippery customer.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Fisher wants to stand but Tada is controlling his posture from full guard.
Fisher passes into half guard.

Tada misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Tada trying to hold on to Fisher's head to control him but Fisher postures up.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Brandon Fisher will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Tada prevents Fisher from improving his position.
Tada stops Fisher from getting back to his feet.
Tada not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.

You can see the frustration on Fisher's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Tada tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Tada has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Fisher can't do much from the bottom here.

Nobu Tada comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Tada has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
