The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thinonopakar lands a head shot.
Nice takedown defense from Thinonopakar. No joy for Tierra on that attempt.
Thinonopakar has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Thib's Sweat Shoppe in the buildup to the fight.

Tierra closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

A lull in the action here as Tierra stalls from top position.
Thinonopakar is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Tierra has just dragged him back down to the mat.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Tierra is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Thinonopakar will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Tierra decides to stand up, so the ref orders Thinonopakar to his feet.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Thinonopakar darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

Thinonopakar lands a left and a right that send Tierra crashing to the mat, dazed. Thinonopakar thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Tierra is rocked!
It looks like Lovely Tierra has been cut.

Tierra misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Thinonopakar throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Tierra counters with a body kick that stops Thinonopakar in his tracks momentarily.
Oooooh!!! Thinonopakar has knocked Tierra down with a huge combo! Thinonopakar steps away and waves a wobbly Tierra back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Tierra is still on wobbly legs! Can Thinonopakar finish him?
Tierra closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Tierra seems to have recovered his senses.
Thinonopakar works Tierra's body with a nice hook.
Thinonopakar digs a good hook to Tierra's body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Thinonopakar scores with a jab. Tierra acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Thinonopakar sizes up Tierra with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Tierra takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Thinonopakar is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Thinonopakar goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Thinonopakar uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Tierra has time to react.
Thinonopakar lands a jab to Tierra's midsection.
Tierra avoids a punch combination nicely.
And Tierra responds with a good body kick, but Thinonopakar manages to step out the way in time.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Tierra shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Thinonopakar manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Tak Thinonopakar dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Lovely Tierra's cut.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.
Tierra takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Thinonopakar fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Thinonopakar moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Thinonopakar jabs Tierra to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Thinonopakar keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
That has opened up Lovely Tierra's cut even more.
Tierra takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Thinonopakar lands with a right hand.
Tierra gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Thinonopakar gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Tierra is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:56 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tak Thinonopakar!
