The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donovan misses the body punch
and Pitt counters with a right hand to the body.
Pitt looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Pitt just misses with a punch to the body.
Pitt uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Donovan.
Donovan has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Pitt takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
No joy there for Donovan, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Pitt swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Pitt works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

It looks like Dan Donovan has been cut.
Pitt ducks under a wild hook from Donovan.
Donovan misses with a two punch combination.
Pitt appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Pitt swings for the body but Donovan moves out of range.
Donovan ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Pitt lands a glancing blow to the side of Donovan's head.
Pitt dodges the punch combination from Donovan.
Donovan clobbers Pitt with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Donovan cracks Pitt with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Donovan has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Pitt to stand back up!
