Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Mamed Mousasi!
The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Leandro Rodrigues and Emerson Jorge.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mousasi looks to land a right hand but Davis moved out of range.
Mousasi connects with a looping right hand.

It looks like Izzy Davis has been cut.
Davis has a takedown stuffed.
Mousasi misses with a straight left.
Mousasi misses with an uppercut.
Davis defending well as Mousasi loads up on a big left hand.
Mousasi looks to land a left hand but Davis moved out of range nicely.
Davis uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Mousasi.
Davis closes the distance and clinches up with Mousasi, looking for a takedown. Davis pushes Mousasi against the cage but Mousasi circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Davis misses with a takedown attempt - Mousasi sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Izzy Davis. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Davis is defended easily by Mousasi.
Mousasi throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Davis shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Mousasi defends it nicely.
Mousasi misses with a looping left.
Izzy Davis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Davis moves away from the strike by Mousasi.

This has been an exciting period of action!
The fighters circling - Mousasi throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Davis changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mousasi tries to avoid it but Davis manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mousasi to the ground. Mousasi escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Mousasi loads up on a big right hand but Davis slips the punch.
Mousasi cracks Davis with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Davis looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Mousasi finish him?

Davis is rocked!

Izzy Davis's cut is getting worse.
Davis keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Mousasi.
Oh Davis is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Davis ducks under a wild hook from Mousasi.
Davis seems to have got his legs back now.
A swing and a miss from Mousasi.
Mousasi slaps away a takedown attempt from Davis, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Davis is breathing heavily.
Davis leaves his chin hanging out and Mousasi seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Davis crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
