Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nedser Kiely (ranked 4561 p4p, 4845 weight class) and Lloyd Lander (ranked 579 p4p, 590 weight class). Nedser Kiely had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nedser Kiely!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Lloyd Lander!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Gregory Folan and Yves DeLean.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kiely staying out of range there.
Kiely is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Lander.
Kiely punishes Lander's body with a nice straight punch.
Kiely works over Lander's head and body with a nice combination.
Kiely digs a good hook to Lander's body.
Kiely uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Lander has time to react.
Lander tries to bum rush Kiely with a series of wild strikes but Kiely uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Lander takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Kiely scores with a one two! Lander had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kiely rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lander moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

As Lander looks to move away, Kiely throws a big counter combo but Lander just gets out of the way.

Kiely scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Nedser Kiely has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lloyd Lander.

Kiely chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Lander can pounce on him.
Lander tries to clinch there but Kiely circles away.

Lander fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Kiely, pushing him back against the cage.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Kiely working a defensive guard but Lander passes into half guard.
Lander looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Kiely with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kiely is trying to get back to full guard.
Lander seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Kiely does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
