The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Olivier on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Castro. Castro obviously looking to wear him down.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Olivier has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Olivier takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Castro throws a right hand that Olivier ducks under and follows up with a left that Olivier also avoids with ease.
Olivier throws the left hand but Castro avoids the punch easily.

Olivier throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Castro was covering up waiting for the punch and Olivier finishes the takedown easily into guard.
We've been hearing good reports from Castro's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
