Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sadik Ibricic (ranked 24159 p4p, 6505 weight class) and Daniel Pawlikowski (ranked 713 p4p, 666 weight class). Sadik Ibricic has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sadik Ibricic!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Daniel Pawlikowski!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Lou da Vinci and Bruno Lombardi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ibricic drives through with a takedown into Pawlikowski's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Pawlikowski has his foot on Ibricic's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Ibricic works his way back into a safe position though.

Pawlikowski is working an open guard so Ibricic takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Ibricic changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Pawlikowski tries to avoid it but Ibricic manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Pawlikowski to the ground. Pawlikowski escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Pawlikowski has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

You can see the frustration on Pawlikowski's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Ibricic is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Pawlikowski has escaped the position, nice work there.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Sadik Ibricic.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Ibricic, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
