Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Landry Stephenson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Takahiro Yoshida!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Bruno Hogan and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stephenson shoots in but no luck this time.
Yoshida is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Stephenson with a body shot.
Stephenson shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Stephenson showed some decent athleticism there.
Yoshida is looking for a sweep. Stephenson is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Stephenson wants to work for an arm triangle but Yoshida is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Stephenson working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

That was a close round but I would say that Landry Stephenson will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.
Yoshida shoots in and bounces Stephenson off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Yoshida accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Yoshida seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Yoshida throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Stephenson was covering up waiting for the punch and Yoshida finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Takahiro Yoshida comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Stephenson has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
