Hardrada comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Shaarimoth kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Steve Smith and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chandler closes this distance looking for a takedown but Hardrada circles away.
Hardrada scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
It looks like Michael Chandler has been cut.
Chandler throws a sloppy body shot
and Hardrada counters with a nice body shot.

and Chandler takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Nice straight punches there by Hardrada. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Hardrada.
Hardrada scores with a crisp jab that stopped Chandler in his tracks.
Hardrada lands a nice hook to Chandler's body. Chandler takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Chandler's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Hardrada connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Chandler scrambles back to his feet.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hardrada keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Michael Chandler. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Chandler shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Hardrada sprawls well. Hardrada wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Chandler gets slowly back to his feet.
Hardrada lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Hardrada lands with a hook. Chandler tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Chandler shoots and misses
and Hardrada counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Chandler is rocked!
Hardrada ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Chandler out cold! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Isak Hardrada!
A relieved looking Isak Hardrada thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
