Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tony Shipwrecks (ranked 25126 p4p, 3532 weight class) and Jackson Shaw (ranked 0 p4p, 411 weight class). Shipwrecks has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Daniel Franklin and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shaw closes the distance and clinches.
Shipwrecks looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Shaw fails to pull guard.
Shipwrecks looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Shaw has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Shaw tries to score a body lock takedown but Shipwrecks shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Shaw has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Shipwrecks uses from the top position.
Shaw wants to stand up but Shipwrecks is controlling him.
Connects with an elbow from the bottom, proving to the judges that he's still active off his back.
Shaw is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Shaw seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Shipwrecks is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!

Jackson Shaw decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
