The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Yves DeLean and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matijevic takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Mathers misses with a low kick.
Mathers throws a combination that misses
and Matijevic counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Matijevic misses the shot to the body.
Mathers avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Mathers throws a head kick but Matijevic moves out of range.
Matijevic sends Mathers crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Matijevic is motioning to the referee to let Mathers up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Mathers is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Matijevic drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Mathers's head, knocking him out cold! Matijevic is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
