Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wallid Moura (ranked 3646 p4p, 2217 weight class) and Balal Lama (ranked 442 p4p, 299 weight class). Balal Lama will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Wallid Moura! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Balal Lama! The judges for this bout are Ron Honeybunn, John Mangel and Ben Watson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Moura drives through with a takedown into guard. Moura chips away with some ground and pound. Lama thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Lama avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Lama is trying to keep Moura in close.
Lama might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Moura haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Moura content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Moura lands a couple of elbows. Lama keeping moving, preventing Moura from controlling successfully. Moura distracts Lama with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Moura lands a couple of decent looking shots. Lama lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Moura not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Moura is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Moura manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Lama manages to get himself to full guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Moura postures up and lands a big shot to Lama's brow.
That's one minute gone in the round. Moura is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Our spies down at at Kaptajnernes Træningscenter inform us that Lama has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off? Lama is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Moura has his hands clasped together but Lama extends and breaks Moura's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Lama.
