The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice jab there from Baal.
Baal has managed to clinch.
Baal turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Baal manages to end up in side control.
Blesso is looking for a sweep.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
Baal advances to full mount.
Baal landing strikes from the mount.
Baal has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Baal putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!
Blesso is looking to get to half guard.
Blesso tries to buck Baal off but he can't manage it.
Blesso wants to control but Baal is having none of it.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Blesso can do anything to dispel that myth.

It looks like Shown Blesso has been cut.
Baal pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Blesso is still in real trouble! Can Baal finish him?

Blesso seems to have recovered his senses.

Shown Blesso's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Shown Blesso's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
