Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Claudio Benedetti (ranked 2257 p4p, 3555 weight class) and Duster Bouglas (ranked 301 p4p, 436 weight class). Benedetti comes into the arena with Atrevete te blaring out of the sound system. Duster Bouglas has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Benedetti clips Bouglas with a right and a left that makes him do the chicken dance for a couple of seconds. He touched his left hand down on the canvas so the referee steps between the fighters to give Bouglas a standing 8 count before we can continue the bout.

It looks like Duster Bouglas has been cut.

Benedetti drops a shoulder and throws a biiiig uppercut that drops Bouglas onto his butt! Bouglas pops straight back to his feet to convince the referee that he's OK to continue.
Benedetti has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Finch Gym in the buildup to the fight.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bouglas with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Bouglas walks straight into a perfectly timed right hook, crumpling him to the floor! Bouglas is in all kinds of trouble here - can he beat the count? 3,4,5,6,7,8,9....10 - he's out and it's by a long way too - he didn't ever look like beating that count!
