The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Thrax throws a front kick aimed at Suckerson's knee but Suckerson avoids it well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Suckerson tries a low kick but Thrax avoids it.
Thrax only half commits to the counter leg kick.
A clash of legs there as Thrax blocks the low kick.
Thrax tries to counter by closing the distance.

Suckerson throws a low kick but it's checked well by Thrax.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Suckerson blocks a low kick nicely.
Suckerson tries to counter by clinching up but Thrax breaks away and moves out of range.
Some bone on bone action there as Suckerson checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Tuff Suckerson.
Well Suckerson has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
